I am a research scientist with a PhD in neurophysiology, based in the Falkensee area of Brandenburg, just outside of Berlin. I use much of my scientific training when identifying and describing some of the historical antique weaponry and especially long-arms I find in my searches around mainland Europe. I also have much practical experience in anatomy; which can be directly translated to restoration work which is often performed by me at the microscopic level.
